Flower of the day: Ageratum. I call them, fuzzy pom poms.

I am amazed at the variety of flowers around me. Sometimes they look so perfect that I wonder “are they real?”

Each time I come across a new bloom, my faith in a good and awe-inspiring God is reaffirmed. I marvel at the details He showers on small flowers. His humor and creativity abound.

How much more He loves me and cares about the details of my life.

When I look at your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars, which you have set in place, what is man that you are mindful of him, and the son of man that you care for him?

Psalm 8:3-4

Welcome to my blog! My name is Esther and I'm so happy you are here. I'm an avid nature photographer and a daydreaming thinker. My posts revolve around photos of nature's beauty, homeschooling adventures with my 2 kids, sporadic reflections on my child's heart condition, Bible reading reflections, gardening feats, and other mish mash things. Hopefully you'll leave encouraged, pensive, or smiling at the simple things of life. Thank you for stopping by and hope you'll find some interesting posts to read!
