Welcome to my blog! My name is Esther and I'm so happy you are here. I'm an avid nature photographer and a daydreaming thinker. My posts revolve around photos of nature's beauty, homeschooling adventures with my 2 kids, sporadic reflections on my child's heart condition, Bible reading reflections, gardening feats, and other mish mash things. Hopefully you'll leave encouraged, pensive, or smiling at the simple things of life. Thank you for stopping by and hope you'll find some interesting posts to read!

      1. Well I did get a walk in and it was a beautiful, sunny, but snowy day. That was to be savored as we got 8 inches of snow the next day (a foot in spots where it drifted bigtime – ugh!)

    1. Thank you! I found the Shakespeare quote and thought it a great fit for the picture.
There’s something special about February; in-between time of winter and anticipation of spring. I’m looking forward to longer days and brighter colors.

      1. The longer days are noticeable and the buds are opening up. Every season I tell myself that the current season is the best one, and it’s no different this time.
Hope you are doing well and enjoying February!

      2. Thank you!! Your encouraging comment made me so happy. In CA, we don’t have as much stark differences in seasons, but it’s still evident in nature’s growth. But no snow.
Looking forward to spring and beautiful flowers.
