Welcome to my blog! My name is Esther and I'm so happy you are here. I'm an avid nature photographer and a daydreaming thinker. My posts revolve around photos of nature's beauty, homeschooling adventures with my 2 kids, sporadic reflections on my child's heart condition, Bible reading reflections, gardening feats, and other mish mash things. Hopefully you'll leave encouraged, pensive, or smiling at the simple things of life. Thank you for stopping by and hope you'll find some interesting posts to read!

    1. Neither did I…the colors were so cool that I had to take a pic of it. I wonder if anyone at the produce aisle wondered what I was doing. E&E are so used to it that they just did their own thing…trying to bag a lettuce without getting fingers wet or dropping it on the floor.

      1. Yes, they were cool colors – who knew? That’s funny; the kids are into helping you out and not paying attention to the radishes. Some of the unique produce in the bigger produce markets are things I’ve never seen before in my 65 years.

      2. Shopping with the kids is a hectic endeavor. Got to make sure we get what we need without running over other shoppers with the grocery cart (Ellis insists on pushing the cart) and keeping kids from getting hurt from shelves and other carts. By the time we’re done shopping, I’m ready for a nap.

      3. Having never had kids and experienced their never-ending energy, I sure don’t know how you do it Esther! I just boosted the heat a little as it was too cold in here (in the 20s outside) and it came on and my eyes got heavy.
