A residential area goes above and beyond each year for Christmas decorations! Every year, we drive around the area ‘ooing and ahhhing’ at the bright lights and creative light displays.
For the first time, we walked up and down the streets with others. Some homeowners were having Christmas parties and dining outside or hanging out by a pit fire. Some played holiday music. Fun evening walk to see lights and get some exercise.

How beautiful and festive. I feel like a Grinch for now even having more than Maryanne with her hat on! I wonder why I live in a state where it is so brutally cold when I could have cacti in my yard in December?

Hmm – I was sure I commented on this last night when I tried to catch up as I mentioned the cacti in Winter. Anyway, these lights are just amazing to see and the glow from them is so pretty, just perfect for making a holiday photo. Merry Christmas to you and yours Esther.

This neighborhood goes all out every Christmas and stops traffic.
