Amen! Prayers are powerful. God cares about the little things to big things to gigantic issues that seem insurmountable. I love the thought that prayers, personal and collective, make the devil tremble. That’s what makes following Jesus an adventurous life journey.
Oh goodness, there’s much that annoys on an hourly basis and unexpected things pooping up in my schedule. Despite them all, I trust that God is up to good stuff even in the midst of life’s craziness. If only my attitude can align with that. That would be ideal.

Let’s hope and pray! So far I’ve been able to check off all the things that needed to get done this week. And I didn’t fall apart. Halleluiah. I started the week overwhelmed and panicky.

It’s humid too. Thank you for your well wishes and prayers. Once we’re in the thick of it, it goes much smoother. The anticipation and the unknowns amplify the worst in my mind.

Yes, too much going on at one time, so afterward, some calming of the mind and jittery nerves will be in order. Yes, our heat wave is tomorrow – they’ve upped the temp to 97 and heat index of almost 10 degrees more. Yikes!
