Throughout the day, the ocean sky takes on different hues and moods. Something magical about hearing the waves and feeling the breeze.
Reminds me of the awesomeness of God: this tiny speck of ocean is beautiful. Cannot fathom the endless nature’s creations He gave us to enjoy.

I didn’t know there’s a Carlsbad, California. I only knew about Carlsbad, New Mexico. No ocean there!

I visited Carlsbad, NM when I was a kid. Isn’t there a white sand place and special cave tours?
That’s where the famous bat cave is. People travel there to watch the bats coming out in the evening.
My visit was decades ago, but I can’t remember what I saw. I’ll probably get more clues if i find that photo album. If I’m brave to see what I looked like as an awkward looking kid. I’m glad you mentioned Carlsbad, NM, because that memory was forgotten.
