My full and kooky life as a homeschooling mommy to 2 great kids, raising a child with HLHS (Hypolastic Left Heart Syndrome), coping with depression, following Jesus, and being much too camera happy.
Candy sugar cubes! It was beautiful to see a glow of these lights in the dark except the crowd and the light rain took away a lot of the fun. We walked in, looked, took pictures, and ran 2 blocks to the car with drizzles becoming heavier rain.
We may have to go back and see it. The installation may stay till June, although February was its closing date. May be more fun with longer days.
It always figures … it could go days and days without rain, but you make plans for outside and Mother Nature does not cooperate. Yes, it sure reminded me of sugar cubes! (Do they even still make them?)
I haven’t seen sugar cubes in years, but I’m sure they’re still around. Single use packets are probably more popular and widely used for convenience and sanitary purposes.
But sugar cubes sure are cute to look at.
We are waiting for rain in CA, but it’s going to be dry this month. *tears. Rain is special here but short lived. You’re right; it’s dry most of the year and that day we go to SF, the rain.
Always! Or a long weekend and you make plans outside, say painting … I have a painting project, trim around the door frame I’ve put off for almost two years – too hot, too humid, too cool, may rain … 🙂
OOOOHHHH!!! So pretty!
Esther, all the best for 2021. May it be gloriously blessed, my friend.
