During an afternoon decluttering session, I found a poetry anthology book that’s been missing for months. It was at the bottom of a bin under layers of old receipts, a folded up ugly Christmas sweater, and unopened mail. Yep, a picture of impeccable tidiness.
Here’s a fun pun poem you may enjoy:
“Do you carrot all for me?”
Do you carrot all for me?
My heart beets for you,
With your turnip nose
And your radish face,
You are a peach.
If we cantaloupe,
Lettuce marry;
Weed make a swell pear.

If you know someone who doesn’t enjoy puns, you could pun-ish them by making them recite this poem!

That’s a funny punny poem. It’s good to have a clean out sometimes.
