Welcome to my blog! My name is Esther and I'm so happy you are here. I'm an avid nature photographer and a daydreaming thinker. My posts revolve around photos of nature's beauty, homeschooling adventures with my 2 kids, sporadic reflections on my child's heart condition, Bible reading reflections, gardening feats, and other mish mash things. Hopefully you'll leave encouraged, pensive, or smiling at the simple things of life. Thank you for stopping by and hope you'll find some interesting posts to read!
So precious!

They’re so tiny that they could get squashed by unknowing passers-bys. Thanks!

Way to go! There’s nothing worse than stepping on snails and hearing that crunch!! 😩

And when you hear that crunch, it’s too late for anything. It was fun to search for loose snails in the rain since we rarely see them.

Bless them helping out those little critters. Great close-up of the snail also. P.S. – I thought that was the kids in the rainy picture – I recognize the umbrella. Well the rumbling has resumed again, so now I’m outta here.

The umbrellas are cute, aren’t they?! I was surprised that Elliot chose the bear heart one, but he says the bear is too cute. I like how he doesn’t feel pressured to like boy things or colors.
Hi Linda, it’s Elliot. Thanks for remembering my umbrella! (that was Elliot jumping in on the comment)
They were happy that I was going to share the pics on this post.
Hope your rain passes quickly and doesn’t wreak havoc. Thursday is the first day of autumn and yo gotta start out slow and easygoing.
