FOTD: 11-29-’22. Yellow leaves

The golden leaves are falling at a dramatic pace! This tree will be bare soon and only the dark branches will stand. After some cold months, new growth will bring fresh buds for spring. Happens every year but still difficult to see these colorful leaves drop to the ground. Reassuring to know leaves will return vibrant and green in the coming months. It’s a resting season.

“God has designed the world in a way that illustrates ‘yet’; the green leaves lose their colour, but reveal one true colour that’s been there all along.”
― Rachael Newham, And Yet: Finding Joy in Lament

Thanks Cee for hosting this challenge! I had some trouble finding flower pics these days in this chilly CA weather. There’s still colorful flowers around but nothing has really stood out for me except for this golden tree. I hope you are having a good wrap up of this month and staying well.

Thank you readers for stopping by, and as always, I appreciate you all!
