My full and kooky life as a homeschooling mommy to 2 great kids, raising a child with HLHS (Hypolastic Left Heart Syndrome), coping with depression, following Jesus, and being much too camera happy.
Welcome to my blog! My name is Esther and I’m so happy you are here. I’m an avid nature photographer and a daydreaming thinker. My posts revolve around photos of nature’s beauty, homeschooling adventures with my 2 kids, sporadic reflections on my child’s heart condition, Bible reading reflections, gardening feats, and other mish mash things. Hopefully you’ll leave encouraged, pensive, or smiling at the simple things of life. Thank you for stopping by and hope you’ll find some interesting posts to read!
This Agave succulent was growing sideways from a tall planter. Amazed at its thick roots and stem. Reviewing the photo later, it was happily surprising to see our E-trio shadow.
Thanks, Cee, for hosting! Thank you, dear readers, for stopping by. Always makes me happy to see you here. ~Esther
They can get gigantic! The leaves are what gets me: smooth, broad, and large.
I wonder if you’ll find gel by cutting the leaf in half. Are they like aloe??
