My full and kooky life as a homeschooling mommy to 2 great kids, raising a child with HLHS (Hypolastic Left Heart Syndrome), coping with depression, following Jesus, and being much too camera happy.
Welcome to my blog! My name is Esther and I’m so happy you are here. I’m an avid nature photographer and a daydreaming thinker. My posts revolve around photos of nature’s beauty, homeschooling adventures with my 2 kids, sporadic reflections on my child’s heart condition, Bible reading reflections, gardening feats, and other mish mash things. Hopefully you’ll leave encouraged, pensive, or smiling at the simple things of life. Thank you for stopping by and hope you’ll find some interesting posts to read!
I was taking pictures of succulents at UC Santa Cruz Arboretum when Elliot decided to hop on my back. Throwback of old days. I used to piggyback him everywhere while carrying Ellis in a front baby carrier. It’s a good thing I was younger and had more energy. Now…no way. I’m surprised I’m smiling in this photo. I had to check for myself and discovered that these spikes are incredibly sharp!
So sweet smiley face picture. Nice & pretty you backside piggyback. Excellent photography. Beautiful all photos. I love & like much!❤️last one three is very beautifully!
Thanks you sharing you was younger memory. I am so happy.

Succulents are lovely and we admire their hardiness and beauty.
