On July 6th, a large and heavy part of a tree split from the top portion of the tree trunk and crashed onto the sidewalk. I’m glad no one was near or walking under that branch when it happened. It covered the whole side of the sidewalk and it was cleared away the next day.

In less than two months on August 25th, we discovered new growth in the exact spot where the largest branch had split. Amazing! In that rough texture, this tender new green stem is growing anew. I wanted to give it a hug.
Through this tree, I thought that must be how God prunes away the old and heavy parts of life that weigh be down. Thankfully, pruning is not the end goal but a stepping stone to new beginnings. Ironically (I hope I’m using the word properly here), the place where it hurt the most could be the place where God can begin to transform, heal, and do great things in your life.

Beautiful green tree. Very interesting you sharing your large and heavy part of a tree split from the top portion of the tree trunk and crashed onto the sidewalk. That time no one was near or walking under that branch when it happened. It covered the whole side of the sidewalk and it was cleared away the next day.
And you using advisable words forthe place where it hurt the most could be the place where God can begin to transform, heal, and do great things in your life. I am so glad. 🤠
Thank goodness no one was injured by that falling tree branch. It could’ve really led to some damages.
I’m so pleased to hear that my message was helpful to you!! Thank you for sharing. 🙂 Stay well, friend!
You are most welcome my friend. Iam so glad, you like my poor comment 😊 ! Tack care!
Life always finds it way!!
That’s how pruning works 🙂
You’re right, it does! It’s pruning that makes it more lush and stronger in the long run.
YEAH 🙂
What a beautiful post ❤️💯
That is amazing – sometimes I see what appear to be dead trees with new growth on them. Lucky no one was underneath. We have so many fallen trees or trees that lost big branches after the tornado outbreak last Thursday … it is shame to see that.
