“I’m a fierce hunter though…but my eyesight is not so good. Sometimes, fingers look just like mealworms and I accidentally chomp. Ooops.”
Yikes – I didn’t know you had teeth Dart! Do not bite the hand that feeds you! I kinda/sorta thought you just swallowed the mealworms whole and washed them down with water. Same with the crickets.
“I got tiny teeth. When I bite into my freeze dried bugs, you can hear the crunch sound. It’s entertaining to all. But when I bite the humans, it just startles them. They boop my head when I do. I accidentally bit the small one’s finger and she cried. I bit the older one’s finger today too…looked like a delicious mealworm. It’s my bad eyesight. I should drink my water but I use the bowl to dip my claws.”
Well I learned a lot about you with your comment Dart. I really didn’t know about the teeth and thought you kind of just “gummed it” or slurped down those mealworms. I didn’t realize your bite could hurt, even with tiny teeth. You are quite extraordinary Dart.
