My full and kooky life as a homeschooling mommy to 2 great kids, raising a child with HLHS (Hypolastic Left Heart Syndrome), coping with depression, following Jesus, and being much too camera happy.

Some resourceful person placed these 2 logs across this small creek, making it our first time to see and walk on the other side of the main path. Everyone gingerly walked across it alone; I’m the last one to cross.

Happy Monday! Have a wonderful and blessed start to the new week. ~Esther

Quite the adventurers! We recently crossed a similar looking log. I sidestepped an inch at a time, palms sweating, trying to remember to breathe. 😂

You are not the only one to sidestep each step! I told the kids to not be scared to use their hands if they need to. They didn’t need to except for me. lol. Seriously, no falls. It’s better to be safe and slow.
