Auntie TD, I’m so happy to make you laugh! My human mama wants a yawn photo of me but she misses it every time. I don’t know when I’m going to stretch my mouth wide. But I lick the air, my mouth, and sometimes human fingers to feel my surroundings. It’s how I sense and figure out things are safe.
Please do a long yawn when your human mama has her camera ready!

When we first thought about getting a gecko, it wasn’t too exciting. But then I saw the permanent smiles geckos have and that changed my mind.

Dart is a master of masking his feelings… always with a smile?!
I can tell that you’ll never choose a reptile as a pet. It’s not for everyone. We want a small corn snake, but the only thing that stops me is its diet. It eats mice even though they’re so tiny.

Dart has that permanent smile! If you get a young gecko, it’s easier to tame and get them used to handling.
