sing like wildflowers

My full and kooky life as a homeschooling mommy to 2 great kids, raising a child with HLHS (Hypolastic Left Heart Syndrome), coping with depression, following Jesus, and being much too camera happy.

I’ve been accused of overfeeding Dart on the basis of his cuteness. It’s true. Dart must know that I am overeager to feed him treats, because he looks at me with those big eyes and slowly comes out of his tree house.

In his tank, Dart looks at me in this stance and just stares!
So I bring him out and put him in the makeshift box we created and watch Dart explore. In this picture, Dart is hugging the mealworm box, but he slides right off with his slippery hands. He licks the box and looks at it from various angles. It seems cruel not to give him an extra treat, so I give him an extra 2 or 3.

I wouldn’t be able to resist Darling Dart’s charm either, Esther! I’m with you on giving extra treats!! 🦎☺️

Yorkie, stole my mint Oreo cookie! She ate the mint cream and left both the chocolate pieces for me. And now when I come into the room, Yorkie perks up for her share of the mint cream. I can’t resist Yorkie’s charm either. So I share!🐕☺️
