Hi – yes, things are well and we will have a quiet thanksgiving with my stepdaughter and her family – which is actually a little dreamy for me because when she was little – way back when – we had a tough time getting visitation with her and then she also lived far away – so our visits were to be treasured.
And now we get to see her a lot and so I savor every moment

Wouldn’t that be cute?? He’s feeling much better now. His new heater just arrived so it’s warming up his warm side of the tank and got fed 2 mealworms.

Sure is! Maybe he’s getting ready for his next shed…we see some folds under his tiny arms. I think summer is much easier for him and he’s in better spirits.

I’m doing good. Much better than previous days. We’re having a mellow rest of the week and putting up our Christmas tree. It’ll be fun to put on all the ornaments that we collected over the years. Kids each pick a special ornament each year and that’s a good memory for us. Our tree is kind of getting too heavy for all those ornaments though. lol
Do you put up a Christmas tree or decorate your home for the holidays?

We finally watched “Leo” last night! Heartwarming film about helping 5th grade kids through their individual problems. He’s a friendly, personable, and lovely character. I’d love to have a pet that could talk, and it’d be better if it had wisdom like Leo. Did you see it yet?

You’ll like it! Leo is like a grandfather figure who understands each of the kids’ unique issues and even helps the cranky substitute teacher! Very sweet character.
