My full and kooky life as a homeschooling mommy to 2 great kids, raising a child with HLHS (Hypolastic Left Heart Syndrome), coping with depression, following Jesus, and being much too camera happy.

Welcome to my blog! My name is Esther and I’m so happy you are here. I’m an avid nature photographer and a daydreaming thinker. My posts revolve around photos of nature’s beauty, homeschooling adventures with my 2 kids, sporadic reflections on my child’s heart condition, Bible reading reflections, gardening feats, and other mish mash things. Hopefully you’ll leave encouraged, pensive, or smiling at the simple things of life. Thank you for stopping by and hope you’ll find some interesting posts to read!

What was the diagnosis? And what is this breathing treatment? I’ve never seen anything like this. I hope Elliot is feeling better! And that you are able to get some rest too!!
That is interesting – is it medicated like a vaporizer? I can remember having a bad cold as a kid and having a vaporizer (machine) with menthol in it and fumes came out of it, but no mask. Of course that was a very long time ago. And the Vicks Vaporub on the chest – ugh!
My daughter used to use one of those for her asthma.
They are helpful and much more effective than just an inhaler.
Can only be a good thing.
For sure! Thank you.
Thank you for letting us know that Elliot is on the mend!
So grateful he is…all week it’s been his coughing and today it was all about Ellis. ack!
Thank you for your kind comment.
You’re welcome, Esther.
Poor guy. We have been hit with it too.
