My full and kooky life as a homeschooling mommy to 2 great kids, raising a child with HLHS (Hypolastic Left Heart Syndrome), coping with depression, following Jesus, and being much too camera happy.
Welcome to my blog! My name is Esther and I’m so happy you are here. I’m an avid nature photographer and a daydreaming thinker. My posts revolve around photos of nature’s beauty, homeschooling adventures with my 2 kids, sporadic reflections on my child’s heart condition, Bible reading reflections, gardening feats, and other mish mash things. Hopefully you’ll leave encouraged, pensive, or smiling at the simple things of life. Thank you for stopping by and hope you’ll find some interesting posts to read!
They were tying the fringes to make a pee pee pad for a bunny. Fun craft project in the rabbit club at 4-H.
Kids were learning how to flip over a bunny during showmanship…it’s not so easy to do. Elliot and Ellis can hold the ears and scoop up the butt, but no flipping over yet. lol
The bunny was fine! You get the rabbit familiar with the showmanship process and it doesn’t hurt them at all. You flip them over to show the judges its eyes, nose, and teeth health, as well it’s belly health.
Oh yes, it doesn’t hurt the rabbit to get flipped over. You support their head and back with your arms and hands.
The pee pee pad for the rabbit turned out well! It’s very soft. It’s a little carpet you use for your rabbit to sit on. lol

Yes!
Lots of concentration by the kids in the top photo. I like the snuggly little bunny in the bottom photo. 🙂

I hope the bunny is okay with being flipped over. 🙂 What if it is not in the mood for being turned upside down? Like it just had a big lunch?
