My full and kooky life as a homeschooling mommy to 2 great kids, raising a child with HLHS (Hypolastic Left Heart Syndrome), coping with depression, following Jesus, and being much too camera happy.
Welcome to my blog! My name is Esther and I’m so happy you are here. I’m an avid nature photographer and a daydreaming thinker. My posts revolve around photos of nature’s beauty, homeschooling adventures with my 2 kids, sporadic reflections on my child’s heart condition, Bible reading reflections, gardening feats, and other mish mash things. Hopefully you’ll leave encouraged, pensive, or smiling at the simple things of life. Thank you for stopping by and hope you’ll find some interesting posts to read!
I say that often too! It catches me by surprise when I use it too. Lol. I can’t believe how much they’ve grown too and the change is obvious. It’s part of life, but it’s bittersweet for a mama’s heart.
We’re not there yet! This week and one more week to go with classes. First semester where Elliot has tests in his online courses. This is a new one for us as homeschoolers.
The finals are over! So glad the first semester is behind us. It’s been challenging to take online classes for grades and still do our other homeschooling activities. Time of transitions.

They’ve grown so much!! (Sorry for the old person comment. I hated it when grownups said it to me.)

When does Elliot get his learner’s permit?
