Elliot’s Flower of the Day: April 11, 2019

Our afternoon walk yesterday was perfect for observing new spring blooms.: sunny, breezy, and mellow.

I usually take flower pictures but decided it would be fun to switch it up and have my seven-year old take them instead. I handed my phone over to him and he snapped away. It was interesting to see him admire nature, take pictures, and decide which ones were worthy of keeping and others of deleting. Kids grow up so fast! I couldn’t help but reminisce the old days when we used to take nature walks with him in the Ergo carrier. I digress…they bring back pleasant memories for me.

He chose the picture below to post on my blog. I hope you enjoy it!

It’s been titled: “Sun-day Flowers” or “Flowers hug a tree”

Welcome to my blog! My name is Esther and I'm so happy you are here. I'm an avid nature photographer and a daydreaming thinker. My posts revolve around photos of nature's beauty, homeschooling adventures with my 2 kids, sporadic reflections on my child's heart condition, Bible reading reflections, gardening feats, and other mish mash things. Hopefully you'll leave encouraged, pensive, or smiling at the simple things of life. Thank you for stopping by and hope you'll find some interesting posts to read!
