Welcome to my blog! My name is Esther and I'm so happy you are here. I'm an avid nature photographer and a daydreaming thinker. My posts revolve around photos of nature's beauty, homeschooling adventures with my 2 kids, sporadic reflections on my child's heart condition, Bible reading reflections, gardening feats, and other mish mash things. Hopefully you'll leave encouraged, pensive, or smiling at the simple things of life. Thank you for stopping by and hope you'll find some interesting posts to read!
Your photos are GORGEOUS!!! And your head shots…ooo la la 🌺

Flowers grow vibrant and beautiful despite your drought-like conditions – amazing.

I didn’t know either until I started looking them up. These are drought resistant plants. It must’ve been very dry because I found 2 small lizards running away from me by that shrub.

Lucky there are drought-resistant plants that still have flowers, besides cacti. Did the lizards freak you out? I visited friends of the family in Puerto Rico for 10 days and they lived in an apartment. The building had two bushes of some type where lizards would sun themselves on the bushes and when people walked by, they would jump off the leaves onto the floor. I made them walk on either side of me to “protect me” from them. 🙂
