Welcome to my blog! My name is Esther and I'm so happy you are here. I'm an avid nature photographer and a daydreaming thinker. My posts revolve around photos of nature's beauty, homeschooling adventures with my 2 kids, sporadic reflections on my child's heart condition, Bible reading reflections, gardening feats, and other mish mash things. Hopefully you'll leave encouraged, pensive, or smiling at the simple things of life. Thank you for stopping by and hope you'll find some interesting posts to read!
What a great series of photos. I really enjoyed them.

Thank you Linda! I was looking out that window for days and thought it’d be nice to have photos of it for different times of the day.
I’m glad you like it!

Sure gives a different perspective Esther – you were there at all hours of the day and night thanks to a lot of strong coffee.

You’re right! I was up most of the time but adrenaline is stronger than coffee in these situations. Ellis had erratic sleep and kept calling for me. I wasn’t going to get any good sleep.

Yes, adrenalin keeps us going and we get strength and survive on no sleep – the human body is pretty amazing sometimes.
