Welcome to my blog! My name is Esther and I'm so happy you are here. I'm an avid nature photographer and a daydreaming thinker. My posts revolve around photos of nature's beauty, homeschooling adventures with my 2 kids, sporadic reflections on my child's heart condition, Bible reading reflections, gardening feats, and other mish mash things. Hopefully you'll leave encouraged, pensive, or smiling at the simple things of life. Thank you for stopping by and hope you'll find some interesting posts to read!
That’s a nice collection of photos Esther – the first one and bottom one are the same painting topics and the word “moods” might describe the pictures of the kids. That is a tender moment of Chris and Ellis. A lot of emotions pre-surgery and post-surgery and hard to keep them bottled up inside without spilling over just a little.

Great observation Linda! You organized the collection of photos well and “moods” describes the feelings well. I love how you articulated it so well.
It was a tender moment between the two and Ellis tears up when she sees that photo. Although it was a rough time, I feel like we’ve learned so much and have come far. It’s only been a month yet it feels like it was a long time ago. Time helps and heals!

Yes, time does heal … Ellis and the rest of the family are made stronger by each medical ordeal. That is a beautiful picture of the two of them.

Thank you Linda! I remind myself that we have a different life situation, which calls for creative living; yet sometimes I wish it didn’t have so much uncertainty. So is life!

Yes you do have a unique life situation. You have learned to make the best of each day which is good for the leaner times of inactivity and uncertainty.
