This is the view next to the Monterey Bay Aquarium at the hotel. Wouldn’t it be nice if this was what waited for me at daily walks?!

I like the contrast of day/night … at first glance, I thought they were people in long gowns (like graduation gowns) walking … hmm. I heard about Monterey’s weather problems. I hope it doesn’t lost any of its beauty that it’s known for.

I hope so! I think it’s the neighboring cities, the farming lands, that are impacted. They’re flooded and today is more rain with many places getting evacuation orders.

The two coasts seem to be battling it out for worst weather, but Californians must be weary of all this bad weather. I’m glad you’re out of the cross hairs.
