Wild dandelions

“No creature is fully itself till it is, like the dandelion, opened in the bloom of pure relationship to the sun, the entire living cosmos.” ― D. H. Lawrence

Friend’s backyard with her dandelions growing wild. She’s going to get them mowed so we wanted to revel in it before the gardeners cleaned them up. Perfect weather on Friday to experience their tall stems and flowers.
Dandelions are weeds, but they are so lovely in its simplicity.
Making a dandelion bundle. Didn’t work…soon wilted in the blazing sun.

Have a great start to the new week! Thank you, dear readers for being here and for catching up with our nature walks and finds. Stay well and God bless! ~ Esther

Welcome to my blog! My name is Esther and I'm so happy you are here. I'm an avid nature photographer and a daydreaming thinker. My posts revolve around photos of nature's beauty, homeschooling adventures with my 2 kids, sporadic reflections on my child's heart condition, Bible reading reflections, gardening feats, and other mish mash things. Hopefully you'll leave encouraged, pensive, or smiling at the simple things of life. Thank you for stopping by and hope you'll find some interesting posts to read!

    1. I love those tall dandelions! We’ll check this week to see how her yard looks after they are cleared.
Thank you for your nice comment that the DH Lawrence quote matches the picture well.
