My full and kooky life as a homeschooling mommy to 2 great kids, raising a child with HLHS (Hypolastic Left Heart Syndrome), coping with depression, following Jesus, and being much too camera happy.
Welcome to my blog! My name is Esther and I’m so happy you are here. I’m an avid nature photographer and a daydreaming thinker. My posts revolve around photos of nature’s beauty, homeschooling adventures with my 2 kids, sporadic reflections on my child’s heart condition, Bible reading reflections, gardening feats, and other mish mash things. Hopefully you’ll leave encouraged, pensive, or smiling at the simple things of life. Thank you for stopping by and hope you’ll find some interesting posts to read!
Baskin Robbins. I had no idea they have non dairy ice cream; perfect for lactose intolerant me. Kids had regular, which I’m sure tasted so much creamier. Venti. Caffeine jolt!
My mom used to love frozen yogurt. We always had it in the freezer as she ate some if she got heartburn. She finally went on prescription-strength Nexium after years of having heartburn and using OTC Pepcid which didn’t help much.

Ohhhh interesting!
I didn’t know this.
Thanks for sharing
I’m so glad you found it useful! Are you lactose intolerant too?
I’m all about the ice cream.
Me too! I’m such a big fan of ice cream.
😀
Treats for everyone! Now you know, you will be going back more often for dips.
It was so good! I haven’t had ice cream in months due to my lactose intolerance. We may have to go back for a summer treat.
