sing like wildflowers

My full and kooky life as a homeschooling mommy to 2 great kids, raising a child with HLHS (Hypolastic Left Heart Syndrome), coping with depression, following Jesus, and being much too camera happy.

I’ve never seen this type of center for a daisy. Google lens is giving me conflicting data: common daisy or a chamomile.
What do you think it is? Please share with me in the comments.
Fresh and cheerful

Thanks, Cee, for hosting! Dear readers, thank you for stopping by. Always happy to see you here. ~Esther

There are so many daisy-like flowers it’s hard to say, but it might be Oxeye daisy. It certainly looks like it. It’s a pretty thing!

    I have no idea!

I was confused, but other blogging friends have pointed out that it’s Oxeeye Daisies!

    Can’t tell

    It’s a white flower 🌼

        How are you doing E?

Not bad! Kids and I are planning on getting a Leopard Gecko as a reptile pet, so we’ve been busy researching and looking at things to get to get started. Chris, my husband, is not too keen on it, so we have some convincing to do. Lol. Kids will give him a report of how it’ll get fed and how to take care of the lizard’s needs. He’s a scientist, so he likes data. Me, I’m more spontaneous.
Other than the lizard thing, nothing new here. This weekend will be in the mid 90s.
        How about you?

Wah a gecko as a pet
        Interesting

        Good luck with the convincing.

Gecko can be taken to the school as well, and for fruit picking 🤭
        Lovely choice

Done! We’re getting a gecko soon. I’ll be posting more about our new friend.

I think it is a daisy – the one going to seed where the pestles have died back is probably confusing google as it looks like a chamomile – chamomile has a really strong sent. We here in the UK would call your flower an Oxeye Daisy.

Thanks Andy for your insight! Darn, I wish I had smelled it to check for a scent.
I think your guess is correct that it’s an Oxeye Daisy.

Gee – I don’t know but it looks like pecan pie!

Nice out-of-the-box thinking! I can see that too.

Good! I almost didn’t put that comment as you’d think I was nuts!
