My full and kooky life as a homeschooling mommy to 2 great kids, raising a child with HLHS (Hypolastic Left Heart Syndrome), coping with depression, following Jesus, and being much too camera happy.
Welcome to my blog! My name is Esther and I’m so happy you are here. I’m an avid nature photographer and a daydreaming thinker. My posts revolve around photos of nature’s beauty, homeschooling adventures with my 2 kids, sporadic reflections on my child’s heart condition, Bible reading reflections, gardening feats, and other mish mash things. Hopefully you’ll leave encouraged, pensive, or smiling at the simple things of life. Thank you for stopping by and hope you’ll find some interesting posts to read!
It’s our pasture lamb project and that’s our project leader’s house. The project ended on June 11th, which is great because the lambs would be roasting out there in their wool coats during this heat wave!

Well, that is an ingeniuous way to display old IVs isn’t it?
This is not my yard but our project leader’s house. It looks like IVs…I didn’t think of that.
I see – I thought it was a garden at the hospital.
Such fun! Brightens up the patch!
It was a creative way to brighten up a front yard! This was our project leader’s house and she began with one green bottle.
May I ask which project is this?

Decent looking colour full bottle. Where’s?
Looks so pretty!
Lovely!
Thank you! I was glad to have taken a picture of it. What a creative way to showcase and repurpose pretty glass bottles.
