sing like wildflowers
My full and kooky life as a homeschooling mommy to 2 great kids, raising a child with HLHS (Hypolastic Left Heart Syndrome), coping with depression, following Jesus, and being much too camera happy.

And Lilac is aptly named! Glad you two are home!
That was the name on the tag! Usually, Ellis changes the names to her own liking but she decided that the name “Lilac” will stay.
I used to do that with the bears too – the Boyd’s Bears had the vintage-type names or unusual names, so they kept their names but I renamed the rest.
So sweet name Lilac. Happy to new friend add.
I hope she better then now! How’s Elli?
She’s delighted to be home! We can all relax in the comfort of our home and be quiet instead of nurses coming into the room every hour or so.
I send flying kiss for Ellie &♥️! So good nurse visited every hour. Iam so glad, Eshter!
Now you are relaxed.
Tack care!

Hope she’s well this morning. You too!
Yes, she’s ecstatic to be home! There were many tears at the hospital because she was hoping to be discharged much sooner than she did.
I guess they have to keep her safe and under observation. If only there were some answers, Esther!
Every day we looked towards talks of discharge but the doctors didn’t feel reassured that Ellis could keep herself hydrated on her own without the help of iv. Her heart needs to have a fine balance of hydration or else her heart gets overwhelmed.
