My full and kooky life as a homeschooling mommy to 2 great kids, raising a child with HLHS (Hypolastic Left Heart Syndrome), coping with depression, following Jesus, and being much too camera happy.

Welcome to my blog! My name is Esther and I’m so happy you are here. I’m an avid nature photographer and a daydreaming thinker. My posts revolve around photos of nature’s beauty, homeschooling adventures with my 2 kids, sporadic reflections on my child’s heart condition, Bible reading reflections, gardening feats, and other mish mash things. Hopefully you’ll leave encouraged, pensive, or smiling at the simple things of life. Thank you for stopping by and hope you’ll find some interesting posts to read!

True!
Constantly!
Same here!
Iced tea is my “go to” when I need that burst of caffeine but I enjoy the smell of coffee brewing. 😊
Iced tea is refreshing too! It’s been many years since I’ve had a tasty iced tea. I used to drink iced tea for caffeine in college and brewed iced coffee at Diedrich’s Coffee was my go to.
Now I’m a iced coffee drinker!
Life sure is happening right now, with hurricane Beryl sitting right on top of us — but I have power, and coffee. It does help!
Oh my, a hurricane and it sound like a lot of rain and high winds. Please stay well and safe. Thank goodness you have power and coffee. They sure do help and electricity is crucial!!
It sure does! Life wears us out sometimes, so we need a lift.
You said it so well…and coffee is one of those things that gives me extra perk when I’m tired, which seems like a lot of times. 🙂
I would miss coffee if I had to give it up. Coffee and my flavored creamer- perfect way to start the day.
Right!?! ☕️
