sing like wildflowers

My full and kooky life as a homeschooling mommy to 2 great kids, raising a child with HLHS (Hypolastic Left Heart Syndrome), coping with depression, following Jesus, and being much too camera happy.

I haven’t posted a flower in a couple of weeks! Although it’s summer and beautiful flowers are blooming this season, the scorching heat and unexpected medical issues with my kids have kept me mainly indoors.

However, these Oxeye Daisy pictures are from earlier this month taken in SF. I took these earlier that morning and later that afternoon Ellis had to go to the ER. Needless to say, it’s taken me these few weeks to share them with you.

I hope your last week of August is going well! Please stay well and thank you for visiting. Appreciate you all always.

Thank you, Cee, for hosting!

They’re lovely, Esther, and you’ve certainly had your hands full this month.

I can’t say I’ve seen Oxeye Daisies before – the petals are so long. Very pretty!

Those are beautiful flowers. I know it’s been tough for you and the kids due to all the medical stuff but I’m really hoping things get better soon.
