My full and kooky life as a homeschooling mommy to 2 great kids, raising a child with HLHS (Hypolastic Left Heart Syndrome), coping with depression, following Jesus, and being much too camera happy.
Welcome to my blog! My name is Esther and I’m so happy you are here. I’m an avid nature photographer and a daydreaming thinker. My posts revolve around photos of nature’s beauty, homeschooling adventures with my 2 kids, sporadic reflections on my child’s heart condition, Bible reading reflections, gardening feats, and other mish mash things. Hopefully you’ll leave encouraged, pensive, or smiling at the simple things of life. Thank you for stopping by and hope you’ll find some interesting posts to read!
Liz, doctor just stopped by to talk about x ray. Not pneumonia as thought by pediatrician and not seeing the abnormal patch as seen from the other x ray taken this morning. Ahhhhh, it’s all so confusing!!
I just read the later post – RSV. Was Ellis able to get vaccinated for RSV due to her heart condition? I hope this does not result in a hospital stay for you. Keeping you both in my thoughts and prayers.

Thank you, Raj! We were thankfully discharged that evening.
I wonder why you are not receiving the blog notifications. Sometimes WP has those glitches.
I hope it’s working again!!

How frustrating!! Just one more reminder that medicine is not an exact science.
