Teddy waits patiently for curbside order to arrive in the backseat of the car at Target parking lot…Do not worry that he’s not wearing a seatbelt! He usually rests on one of the passenger’s laps and is held tightly when the car is in motion.

Here is our leopard gecko, Dart. He’s a docile pet whose meals are tong-fed to him. As you can see in this picture, he doesn’t even glance in the direction of that juicy, large cricket whom so kindly presented itself to Dart. Eventually, Elliot had to catch the crickets with the tongs and put it right up to Dart’s mouth for him to eat. 😳

Beautiful Teddy’s & Dart’s adventure sharing you Esther. So cute Teddy & Dear Dart looking.
Thank you, Raj! Dart and Teddy are our beloved pets. We used to have fish, but I’m so glad that part of our journey is over. It was too much work to clean and fish tank and deal with all the water splashing.
Most welcome,. Yes, I know your beloved pets. Lots of you care for pets. Very nice you do to work to clean and fish tank the all water splashing.
Thank you so much! They are part of our family and they bring us much happiness.
Oh, Dart is a very spoiled fellow!
Thank you! He’s our first pet that we wanted for so long. Elliot tells me that I’m biased now and don’t pay enough attention to Dart these days as I’m more preoccupied with Teddy. Some truth to what he says! But the furry little guy is so cute and soft.
You’re welcome!
Rabbit-in-car is something I never would have expected, that’s for sure.
No one has noticed him in the car yet; it would be fun to see someone’s surprised look! We can’t take him into shops, so he only goes on drives for pick ups.
Looks like Teddy is taking in his surroundings as is Dart, so much so, that, as you wrote, he missed his live cricket. You should have let the cricket go because it was already breathing a sigh of relief that it was not in Dart’s stomach. 🙂
Dart would not be the best survivor out in the wild! Even when you a live cricket is place right in front of his mouth, he will take a step back to see what it is. He does better with mealworms since they don’t jump sporadically. Teddy is a funny rabbit. In the car, he’ll just sit on someone’s lap and take it all in. It’s the best to see his floppy ears go up and down when there’s a speed bump.
That’s funny – I picture the ears going up and down and Teddy unfazed by that. 🙂
It’s really cute to see! I should video it.
You know I recently got a GoPro, but I’ll be returning it. It’s not what I thought it would do for me. The fish eye view drives me crazy and it doesn’t take the selfies I like. I wanted it to take videos of me and the kids with Teddy and our outings. Do you use your GoPro?
Well you are handy with your phone Esther – I am not and I still have not used the GoPro. I have not even looked at the directions since Thanksgiving weekend of 2022 and I intended to take it out the following weekend to the Park to take videos of the critters and then the night before was the downed wire fire. I wonder if I would be proficient using it by now? I wish I knew how to use it for when I go to big parks and see a heron or egret up close. I have to hunker down and learn it. I agree with you taking it back as they are expensive.
It’s going back to the store. Since I got it, it’s been sitting on the counter and not touched. The fish eye lens is something I can’t get used to.
I don’t blame you Esther – it’s too expensive if you’re not going to use it. Several years ago, there was a blogger, who no longer is active on her blog, but she was a wonderful photographer, both using a camera and her phone. I am 100% certain she used an iPhone. Once she did a post about a fish eye lens app on the camera. She did have some awesome photos taken of trees. I just hopped on her blog site and searched for fish eye lens and saw several posts, but I found the post I was thinking about. I remembered the tall trees. I’ll send the link to that post in a separate comment as I don’t want this comment to go to your SPAM folder. In fact, in looking at her tags, I see she tagged it as “fish eye pro app” … maybe it would be fun to get it for a few creative pics and take the GoPro back.
Fisheye is awesome, but it’s not my style. It took me getting one to realize that. If it took great selfies, it would’ve changed my mind. lol
It’s not my thing either, but I did like the perspective of the trees almost overwhelming a human as one looks up.
That view overwhelms me. I tried to take selfies with it with the kids, but the perspective was off and getting used to the shutter button was not worth it. We returned it.
I’m thinking about getting a camera with wi-fi and a viewer that you can flip up and down.
That’s a good idea, but you also take good shots with your iPhone.
I am one of the few people who do not own an iPhone. We have always used Android. I have a flip phone right now and it’s a good phone with a sleek design, but it’s fragile. My selfie feature is broken since I dropped it in the sand in Hawaii. So for selfies I use Ellis or Elliot’s phone. I am due for a new phone next spring and I know for sure I’m not getting a flip phone. Too fragile!
I still have the Lively phone, but I wanted to take a photo the other day as it was faster than taking it with a camera and it said “Google Photos is updating” – it’s always updating. Then it is slow as well. It is Android, but I have a flip phone I carry with me all the time when walking. It is small and I just load it once a year. But all the phones has to stop … my landline is about $85.00 a month and I rarely use it. AT&T says I can convert to a smartphone and port the number … I have to deal with that eventually, but have to learn how to use the Lively’s features, etc.
Here you go Esther … the link I mentioned. There are other posts using the lens on that site that came up when I searched for them.

What great adventures Teddy must have being allowed to drive around in the car.
Teddy enjoys the car rides and now sitting on his relaxing chair on the patio!
They are both most definitely well cared for. 😊
Thank you! We try our best to keep them happy and healthy.
I’d say Darling Dart has Elliot well trained! Lol ❤️🦎
Dreamsycle Teddy gets cuter and cuter with every photo op!! ❤️🐇
Elliot says he empathizes with me as a mom and knows how hard it is to take care of a living thing. lol. He has to tong feed Dart and clean up after him. That’s a tiny sliver of what I do, but at least he understands that it takes hard work to raise kids.
Teddy tips his hat to you to say “thanks.” He’s a tiny bit photogenic.
