Oh no 😟
Sending prayers 🙏 and hugs 🤗
I know…we were on a good track from staying away from the hospital this year. It’s the same culprit: cyclic vomiting. Still in the ER, got medicine and still receiving fluid.
I forgot to say thank you for the prayers and hugs!

Thank you!
Oh no. Hope everything is okay.
I’m so grateful we’re here to get treatment. Somehow the mom instinct kicked in earlier today and I knew we had to come in before it got worse. We’ll see how it goes! Thank you.
I hope everything is okay.
I hope so too! I was out of sorts this morning when she was looking unwell, but she knows I worry a lot, so she gives me that plastic smile. Little does she know that I see right through it. It was stressful being out with both kids when she started turning pale and breathing uncomfortably. Elliot got quiet and was freaking out too.
Thank you for your comment!
Oh, no, and she was doing to well! I hope this bout is very short-lived.
I know, Liz! She was doing so well and I didn’t want to believe that we were going through this again. It was longer than we expected…we can tell in the morning when the episode is still lingering or if she is over the hump. There is an obvious difference in her condition and, behavior, and mood.
Hopefully, this one will be the last one!
I hope it’s not an overnight or longer stay – please keep us posted Esther.
Thank you, Linda! It was longer than an overnight stay and I was shocked that Ellis didn’t fight the longer stay. Each morning when the doctors rounded, they asked her how she felt and they would set an agenda for the day depending on how she felt. She’d look at me and shake her head “no” that she wasn’t feeling well enough to leave each day until Thursday. She mas matured so much! Thank you for the messages.
That’s good that Ellis is relying on herself and not your appraisal of how you think she is doing. This is better. You’re welcome … you have a lot going on when this happens. Thankfully this episode didn’t happen while on your recent vacation.
My thoughts and Prayers are with you ….sending you heaps of love, Pamela 💕
Thank you, Pamela! It was such a shock that she got sick again. We were doing well this year and that gave us confidence to even make the trip to Korea. I’m so thankful that she didn’t have an episode like this while we were away.
Not good. Thinking of you!
