All the symptoms of cyclic vomiting like nausea, low appetite, and lethargy, but the vomiting hasn’t started yet. I hope getting some iv fluid will help.
My full and kooky life as a homeschooling mommy to 2 great kids, raising a child with HLHS (Hypolastic Left Heart Syndrome), coping with depression, following Jesus, and being much too camera happy.

All the symptoms of cyclic vomiting like nausea, low appetite, and lethargy, but the vomiting hasn’t started yet. I hope getting some iv fluid will help.

Thank you…
I peeked and saw the good news while scrolling down in Reader to see where I left off last night, so I’m glad it all worked out for an early release!
Thank you Linda! I don’t recommend driving on a dark highway at 4 a.m. chilling to be the only car on the road for miles.
I wouldn’t like to do that either Esther. I cannot remember the last time I had to drive in the dark. I took the bus to work for years, so usually did errands etc. on the weekends in the daylight. Sometimes if we were going to have snow, I’d take the car for a spin after I got home from work in the Winter. People drive crazy enough in the daytime, without going out at night. I was driving along the highway about a week ago and all of a sudden, a guy in a pickup truck started honking at me crazily. Non-stop honking. So I looked over at him (warily) only because there were other cars all around me. He was waving and waving – I did NOT know this guy. So he went out of his way to ensure we both stopped at each light. On Jefferson Avenue, which I took because I wanted to see if downtown’s Christmas decorations were up yet, there must be 10 lights, one every mile. He was being an idiot and I was about to turn off into a parking lot at Bishop Park, just to evade him when he turned. Why? After he turned I thought maybe there was something wrong with the car, so when I got to my destination, I looked and nothing wrong at all … just crazy.
You gotta be careful and stoic on the road. People are crazy and so easily triggered. Gotta be safe out there!
Yes, that did worry me about that guy next to me. They say the night before Thanksgiving is the worst night to be out and about for people drinking. That surprises me, but they said college kids home for the holidays, families home for the holidays – why aren’t they at HOME for the holidays? You can drink there if need be (or maybe not?)
Really? I did not know that. It’s such a tragic thing for those involved in those kinds of crashes. Yes, people, if you drink, please stay home or wherever you are and don’t drive!
The state police have been warning people all day as to getting a designated drive, plus the bad weather we are expecting … we now have freezing temps, some light snow transitioning to freezing rain. I’m happy to be tucked inside the house, homebody that I am. Hope you get a quiet weekend with the family too.
