My full and kooky life as a homeschooling mommy to 2 great kids, raising a child with HLHS (Hypolastic Left Heart Syndrome), coping with depression, following Jesus, and being much too camera happy.

Happy Mother’s Day Esther!
Thank you! Happy Mother’s Day to you too.
Happy Mother’s Day, lovely lady xx
Thank you! Happy Mother’s Day to you too!!
Happy Mother’s Day, Esther! You’ve earned the mother of the year award, to my way of thinking. I hope you had a good day.
Oh my gosh, your words are so sweet and thoughtful that my heart feels fuzzy now. Thank you!! I will remember it onwards.
Happy Mother’s Day to you too!!
You’re most welcome, Esther. I love seeing all you’re doing for you two children.
Oh my, your comment is making me emotional…i mean, happy emotional. Thsnk u again.
Happy Mother’s Day Esther – it’s good to see the E-trio full of smiles!
Thank you, Linda! I feel so happy to be a mom. Happy Mother’s Day to you too. Your mom was such an angel to you and you to her. Sending hugs!!
Well thank you for your comment too Esther. It gets easier as the years go by on Mother’s Day … in the beginning it was very tough. I’m glad you are getting my comments … they don’t show up and when I went back just now I saw both were there.
You are an amazing and devoted daughter and took care of your mom to the best of your abilities!!
Thank you Esther – I do miss my mom and the occasion of Mother’s Day does bring back nice memories of her.
Hi Esther – I don’t know why my comments don’t show up – maybe not til later since you have to go to your actual site now.
Your comment showed up!
Oddly enough it does not show up in Reader though … and it never shows up right away at your site. It’s very odd.
That is so weird!! I hope that’s a temporary issue.
I hope so too Esther – did you change your blog to self-hosting when you upgraded due to needing more picture space so that is why we need to go to your actual site to comment? I have a blogger who self-hosts and I have to go to her actual site. We can’t figure it out – I was unable to even go there for the longest time as my Malwarebytes deemed it an unsafe site … she gave me a safe site certificate, still couldn’t go on her site. Then SHE contacted Malwarebytes, indignant and then they fixed it.
Oh man, I dont know what’s going on! Hmmm, thanks for bringing it to my attention!! I noticed that I can’t go onto my site if I dont sign in either. I just ignored it. Usually, I can just get to it from the app. I thought it was a temporary glitch. Once this week is over, I’ll look into it more.
Okay, I figured you knew and I’m surprised no one else has mentioned it to you. WP glitches – sigh. Sometimes I am writing a comment, maybe a longish one, but not always, then I proofread it before I click “send” … I click “send” and I get “duplicate comment – you already said that!” Well how could I say that if I didn’t press “send” – explain that please! So I meander over to my site and sure enough the comment is there. Magic! Only what if I wanted to add something else?
It is weird, Linda! When I go to my post, I can’t see the comments either.
Oh really! Wow … that is really strange. Well, I’m glad I brought it to your attention then Esther. I don’t mind going over to your site to comment, but then I don’t see it. It’s happened several times. I never “like” a post before I comment as I’ve had some instances where I clicked “like” then my comment doesn’t work. So I wait til it says “posted one minute ago” etc., then I “like”.
Thanks for your attention to it! I need to get to it Today, I got a notification for renewing the site. I paid for 2 years last year and it was a hefty price for the new plan too. I’ll definitely have to check into that again. Thanks for keeping me on the alert!
I got one of those notices too (about renewals when I paid for two years as it’s cheaper to do so). Sigh. I got an e-mail yesterday to change my background as they were doing tech upgrades to WP … I did that the day I got the e-mail before as it had to be done by June 15th. I’m glad I helped you out by alerting you. I just didn’t get why you had to go to your actual site and as busy as you are, I didn’t think you were self-hosting which is more tedious than being on “regular WordPress”.
I checked the renewal and it says that I am up for renewal next year. But this notice was to inform me of an extended renewal for another 2 years from next year. Oyyyy, I’ll just wait.
I hope you have a great weekend and good weather!
That is just crazy! Were they able to help you with your site … they often say to clear your cache. I’m having a lot of problems with my internet and probably need a new modem. Today I was adding a paragraph to the bottom of a post I had done for tomorrow (I got pictures of Mama’s goslings a few days ago) and I went into the post and then it got stuck in there and kept exiting me … I don’t know if it was a modem issue or a WP issue. Well, we gained something like 40 degrees in one day’s time and had a rainy day with thunderstorms, same for the next three days. I went to two parks yesterday to take some photos and walk … pickin’s have been slim as my car was in the shop getting a paint job (someone scraped/gouged my car in the parking lot with a sharp object … me, who parks a mile away to avoid that type of thing!)
Who would do that to your car?! grrrr, that is so annoying and frustrating. I’m sorry you had to deal with that inconvenience.
Thank you – I don’t know and it is so disheartening since I park so far away just to avoid that happening. It had to be more than just an errant shopping cart.
Photos that need no words and made me smile. You are a great mom. 😊
Thank you!! Your comment makes me so happy and fuzzy inside. I hope you had a great Mother’s Day too!!
Thanks. Mother’s Day was wonderful. Our daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter came over and we had a grand time together. 😊
Happy Mother’s Day Esther, I hope you had a great day.
So beautiful and wonderful – thank you for sharing!
Hi G! Happy to see you here. I hope you and your girls are doing well.
