sing like wildflowers

My full and kooky life as a homeschooling mommy to 2 great kids, raising a child with HLHS (Hypolastic Left Heart Syndrome), coping with depression, following Jesus, and being much too camera happy.

This is one of the best parts of awaiting spring. Cherry blossoms that come suddenly and leave swiftly. It’s like soft white petals floating in the air.

I took these photos over 2 days, and the sky hue is dramatically different.

The heavens proclaim the glory of God. The skies display his craftsmanship.” Psalm 19:1

Thanks Cee for hosting this FOTD challenge and for all my blog visitors! Hope you are all having a safe and happy weekend!

Oh wow, what a lovely cherry blossom, Esther! My plum blossom just started!

Thank you Miriam!! Oh your plum blossoms must be beautiful. Don’t you love it when they flutter in the air?

Beautiful cherry blossoms Esther – the disparity in the two skies is amazing. These blossoms arrive so fast and leave so quickly and I hate when a big wind sends them fluttering to the ground prematurely.

I was surprised by the sky color too. I think it may have been the impending rain that evening that made the sky grey. A blue sky is magical! The cherry blossoms are so beautiful and I wish they would slow down their fluttering.
Hope you have a wonderful start to the weekend!!

Yes invariably a strong wind comes along and there go all the beautiful blossoms. Finally Friday and happy for it – a sunny, but cold weekend but hope to get some long walks in. Enjoy your weekend as well Esther.
