Welcome to my blog! My name is Esther and I'm so happy you are here. I'm an avid nature photographer and a daydreaming thinker. My posts revolve around photos of nature's beauty, homeschooling adventures with my 2 kids, sporadic reflections on my child's heart condition, Bible reading reflections, gardening feats, and other mish mash things. Hopefully you'll leave encouraged, pensive, or smiling at the simple things of life. Thank you for stopping by and hope you'll find some interesting posts to read!
I can feel this photo.

Ooh – look at those brooding clouds and choppy water – a storm is brewing.

I didn’t realize the dark clouds and choppy waters until I changed the filter to B&W. It was so windy when I took the picture that I didn’t see the details until later. My eyes were watering, glasses foggy, and trying to stay warm in my denim jacket. Didn’t realize how cold it gets by the bay.
Thanks for your close observation!!

Those were angry-looking clouds! I like when I get home and find something I didn’t notice at the time (usually for the same reason – distracted by one thing or another).

It’s hard to focus on the picture when you’re out and about. But it’s surprising to see new details later in the quiet.
Same here and wearing glasses with a mask doesn’t make it easier.

Yes, still cold enough out here to steam up the glasses for goodness sake! And for you it is the humidity.
