Welcome to my blog! My name is Esther and I'm so happy you are here. I'm an avid nature photographer and a daydreaming thinker. My posts revolve around photos of nature's beauty, homeschooling adventures with my 2 kids, sporadic reflections on my child's heart condition, Bible reading reflections, gardening feats, and other mish mash things. Hopefully you'll leave encouraged, pensive, or smiling at the simple things of life. Thank you for stopping by and hope you'll find some interesting posts to read!
So plump and pretty!

I have a couple of aloe vera plants in my compound too. They’re beautiful to look at and of course very healthy to consume or put on your skin.

I use them too for my skin! On a hot day, a refrigerated aloe is the best for the face. Aloe is one of two plants that I have managed to keep alive for longer than a year.

Yeah it’s so great for you skin and helps with stuff like eczema. Aloe isn’t too difficult so it’s a good plant to have.

And squirrels are less likely to dig it up! Squirrels are going nuts in our neighborhood these days.
