That looks like some serious fudge!

My goodness…people’s taste buds can call for very strange concoctions. Interesting flavor, but no thanks for me. 🙂 My stomach may suffer.

Nicely said Jo! I wonder what it smells like. Wouldn’t it be an awful prank to give it so an unsuspecting person?!

I dig the chocolate peanut butter bar, but not the habanero one though.

The habanero one must be a tough one to take! Yes, I’d go for the chocolate peanut butter bar ypp.

Interestingly, there’s a chocolate bar sold here in the Philippines that uses bird’s eye chili. I’ve tried it before and it contains a tolerable amount of spice, which the dark chocolate mitigated.

Whew, that sounds like a wild combination too! I can see how dark chocolate would mitigate the spiciness…probably from its slight bitter taste. With milk chocolate that might be different?

I would surmise the milk chocolate would further temper the spice.

Nicely explained! I may have to give it a shot, just so I know.

Wow – I have had red pepper chocolate … tried it somewhere, but it was a one-time thing to try and never again. I’m not a fudge fan as it’s too sweet, but I love peanut butter and that’s a great combo paired with chocolate.

Peanut butter and chocolate combo is divine! I can eat a handful of Resese’s, no problem. It’s not good for me but how do they taste so good?
Red pepper chocolate sound too exciting for me. hehehe

Probably that red pepper chocolate is good for you though – I keep reading how colorful peppers are good for your health … a wonderful way to justify eating chocolate, right?

Dark chocolate is good for your health…darker the better. That’s how I justify eating chocolate. lol
Peppers are tasty. I can eat red and yellow peppers by themselves; sweet tasting. But green peppers are hard to eat uncooked; kind of tough to digest.

Good rationale there Esther. 🙂 Just make sure if you’re eating it, it is one of the brands that has safe mineral levels. I was using 92% dark chocolate Ghirardelli. I heard the story on the radio that Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate was good, but looking for the link to send you, I found out that only the 8% and a 72% were good not the 92%. Wow … I am out as I give it up for Lent (and Solitaire online too). Will send the link in a separate comment. It’s enlightening (pardon the pun).

Here is the link Esther … interesting as I had heard to use the darkest chocolate, so I did. Hope there aren’t bad side effects.
