FOTD: 4-26-’23. Garden Roses

First time seeing our community roses grow this lush and large

“The rose is a rose from the time it is a seed to the time it dies. Within it, at all times, it contains its whole potential. It seems to be constantly in the process of change: Yet at each state, at each moment, it is perfectly all right as it is.” – Paulo Coelho

Welcome to my blog! My name is Esther and I'm so happy you are here. I'm an avid nature photographer and a daydreaming thinker. My posts revolve around photos of nature's beauty, homeschooling adventures with my 2 kids, sporadic reflections on my child's heart condition, Bible reading reflections, gardening feats, and other mish mash things. Hopefully you'll leave encouraged, pensive, or smiling at the simple things of life. Thank you for stopping by and hope you'll find some interesting posts to read!

      1. Maybe all that rain, though rain is not always good for roses – it gives them diseases, sometimes mildew or blackspot. I got it on my climbing rose. Every day out there with the rose spray and I finally took it and its climbing umbrella trellis down and out in the trash before it contaminated the other roses.
