Welcome to my blog! My name is Esther and I'm so happy you are here. I'm an avid nature photographer and a daydreaming thinker. My posts revolve around photos of nature's beauty, homeschooling adventures with my 2 kids, sporadic reflections on my child's heart condition, Bible reading reflections, gardening feats, and other mish mash things. Hopefully you'll leave encouraged, pensive, or smiling at the simple things of life. Thank you for stopping by and hope you'll find some interesting posts to read!

I had no idea there could be a white lantana. Our introduced ones are pink/yellow, and our native are red/yellow/orange. This is gorgeous! I might try to find one at the nurseries.

I haven’t seen white Lantanas for some time. The ones I usually see are purple and yellow, so it was a big surprise to see these white beauties.
Every time I post white flowers, I think about you. I remember you once commented that white flowers are your favorites!!

They are butterfly magnets at a nearby park – they are orange and attract Monarchs.

I hope so! With all the rain we had in the winter, spring’s flowers will be quite a sight. I’ll definitely keep an eye out for white Lantana and butterflies.
