sing like wildflowers

My full and kooky life as a homeschooling mommy to 2 great kids, raising a child with HLHS (Hypolastic Left Heart Syndrome), coping with depression, following Jesus, and being much too camera happy.

I was surprised to find big clusters of them on a big lawn! I was so tempted to pick them and see their roots. I didn’t!

Excellent mushrooms. Nice shoot. Beautiful green lawn. I like, Esther 👍

Those look like the ones that spread through my lawn about a year ago. These are fine examples. It always surprises me how quickly they appear. You must have had some rain, or at least cool and damp conditions. (Well, or a watered lawn!)

Your pictures look like you had fun seeing so many!! I have two that pushed up overnight next to my front porch. We have not had them all summer. But I know my squirrels love to eat them! It will be fun to see which squirrel discovers the treat!! 🍄‍🟫🐿️😃

I’m amazed how quickly they crop up – almost overnight. We have squirrels in the neighborhood, but the mushrooms must not appeal to them as they never touch them. I’ve seen them spread as big as a saucer!

Those look so cool, like little stools for fairies.
