They look like kids having a staring contest. They don’t seem to be tensed up like it’s a territorial dispute, though.
I had no idea why they were staring at each other. At first, they were not facing each other but after about 90 seconds, they faced each other. I thought maybe the grey one would pounce on the other, but it wasn’t the case. They just sat there and chilled together. Once they heard me getting closer, the orange cat slid under the fence to the other side.

At first I thought they were “watch cats” but then I saw they were watching one another!
That’s all they did. No meowing or anything else…just staring. Wonder what they were doing.
Very strange – I’d say if it was one they had kittens, but two of them? Maybe they both had kittens?
Not very affectionate towards each other. Lol
I thought the grey cat was going to pounce at some point. Thankfully, no fighting occurred. lol
