Have a wonderful start to the weekend as this will be the last weekend of winter. Next Thursday is the first day of spring!
According the the almanac, “In 2025, the March equinox happens on March 20 at 5:01 A.M. EDT. This falls on a Thursday and is the astronomical beginning of the spring season in the Northern Hemisphere and the autumn season in the Southern Hemisphere.”

Beautiful countryside!
Thank you! The rains have made the fields bloom.
You’re welcome!
🙌🏼🤩🤗 Wow! Gorgeous countryside.
Lovely.
Thank you!
Yes, think Spring – we have 71 degrees right now, way above normal temps and snowflakes before sunset on Sunday. No words sometimes. What are the yellow flowers on the roadside Esther? All the rain California has had created some very pretty flowers and lots of color.
That’s bizarre weather! Spring is this Thursday. I hope you get steadier weather and more walking-friendly temps. Your park pals are waiting for you with eagerness.
I think they’re mustard flowers?
Well they are aptly named as they are as yellow as mustard. A wintry mix is possible to greet Spring – say it isn’t so! Walking, even after ice and snow has been hit or miss due to rain and then very high winds.
Wow wonderful countryside. I love the nature. I like yellow colour flowers.
