My full and kooky life as a homeschooling mommy to 2 great kids, raising a child with HLHS (Hypolastic Left Heart Syndrome), coping with depression, following Jesus, and being much too camera happy.

How fun! 🤩 Did you meet the owners of the sibling too? Nothing like a little sibling rivalry at a competition. 😁

Yes, it was a fun sighting! I couldn’t believe that we were able to meet Teddy’s sibling. I wonder why it was there since it didn’t seem like it was in the competition.
I like your comment! So true though about the sibling rivalry.

Nice! Did they compete against each other or in a different group? How did you find out? What a surprise!

Isn’t that a hoot? They had the same ID letters, which means they are from the same litter. It was also from the same breeder.
The sibling was not in the show to compete but just there to hang out. I don’t really know why it was there if it wasn’t competing though.
It was a jolly surprise for us and that made us happy to see his fellow litter siblings.
That morning was so cold that we were kicking ourselves for not wearing longer socks and thicker hoodies. It got much better as the day went on with the sun coming out, but for a few hours it was miserable. Thank goodness Teddy has a lot of fur…he did fine!

Well that was a surprise – did the siblings recognize one another?

Isn’t that wild?! This rabbit had the same ID letters as Teddy and was from the same breeder. It was surprising to see his sibling from the same litter. I don’t think his sibling was entered into the show…it was just there. There was another one too. We brought Teddy over to say “hello,” but I have no idea if they recognized one another.
Teddy has been active these days with us as we’ve been staying home to rest. I’m thinking about getting a sling to wear as a crossbody to carry him when we take walks together. Ok, this is silly, but I even looked at strollers.

I guess it’s been too long since they saw one another and they were so young. I see people with dogs in strollers all the time. There was an older guy at Lake Erie Metropark when I first started going there in 2018 and he had two small dogs – maybe chihuahuas or small terriers and he had a stroller for them – they both fit in and it was covered like a tent so they could stay out of the sun (or rain). He used to walk there on the same path every day, so I always saw him when I was there.

Yep, that’s the kind of stroller I was thinking about. It has a tent cover with a netted material so keep Teddy in safely but he could still look out and comfortably get some breeze. Also, nu jumping out!!

Yes, maybe it is a stroller for pets. The man had two small dogs in there. He said he liked going for long walks and couldn’t carry both dogs, so this was his solution. They still got a walk in, but rested when tired or too hot.
