sing like wildflowers

My full and kooky life as a homeschooling mommy to 2 great kids, raising a child with HLHS (Hypolastic Left Heart Syndrome), coping with depression, following Jesus, and being much too camera happy.

He takes it right off the spoon and chomps away. Thankfully, his tummy can handle it better than before. He’s been really into Timothy Hay these days.

He looks a little unsure whether he should eat it or not – like, does this involve taking pictures of me?

He has been our camera model since Day 1 of being a Suh family member. When we get the camera out, he boops it with his nose. There are rare times where he will cooperate and sit still.

That is so funny – Teddy enjoys hamming it up … he feels well loved and secure, that’s for sure.

He is so comfortable that he doesn’t get bothered by the sounds of a vacuum cleaner getting close to him, doors closing, or loud TV. He is a chill rabbit. He’s in his prime, so he’s been, you know kind of wild, trying to hump anything. He makes a buzzing sound first and then we know what’s coming. That’s when he goes back into his cage. We’ve been caught unaware a few times. lol

Well that’s good he’s not afraid of ordinary noises. We had a poodle once and yes, he did that a lot … he was the dog that dug a hole under the fence, ran away and was poisoned. There were a few dogs running wild in the neighborhood – it was a whole new subdivision and our street’s chain-link fences had been up for a while, but the other streets were not … he ate some poison and came home foaming at the mouth. He did some really odd things … not a nice dog, a dog who ate his own dirt. My mom saw him do it and told my dad who said “you just don’t want Linda to have a dog.” My mom said “when you cut the lawn do you have to go around first and pick up droppings?” Mom said “never let Peppy get near your face.”
