Fotd: 2-28-’23. Camellia Sasanqua

Looking forward to seeing these flowers glisten again in the typical CA, sunshine-y weather. These flowers are still in bloom these cold days since they bloom through fall and into winter. They are evergreen shrubs native of Japan. Their large, fluffy petals and yellow center remind me of sunshine and lemonade.

Thank you Cee for hosting and hope you have a happy and healthy start to March! Spring will be here in 20 days.

Readers, thank you for stopping by! Appreciate your support and you being here. Take care and stay well. πŸ™‚

Welcome to my blog! My name is Esther and I'm so happy you are here. I'm an avid nature photographer and a daydreaming thinker. My posts revolve around photos of nature's beauty, homeschooling adventures with my 2 kids, sporadic reflections on my child's heart condition, Bible reading reflections, gardening feats, and other mish mash things. Hopefully you'll leave encouraged, pensive, or smiling at the simple things of life. Thank you for stopping by and hope you'll find some interesting posts to read!

    1. Since your husband is a landscape designer, you must see, hear, and know much about different flowers. The pink must be delightfully pretty. One of my monochrome Monday photos is a photo of Camellia Sasanqua…taken yesterday. except drenched in rain.
